Made-to-Order Items

Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns on made-to-order jewellery unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Resizing & Adjustments

We offer one complimentary resize for rings within 30 days of delivery (shipping charges apply). Please contact us to initiate a resize request.

Exchanges

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our team with your order details and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
