Checkout availability
Canada and U.S. checkout is not yet enabled. We are validating insured carrier services, Canadian tax treatment, U.S. duty-paid delivery, and approved CAD/USD conversion rates. The website will not quote or accept payment until those inputs are complete.
Launch destinations
Once enabled, checkout will support configured Canadian provinces and U.S. states only. The final checkout quote will identify the insured service, signature requirement, shipping charge, applicable Canadian tax, and any U.S. duty-paid allowance before payment.
Made-to-order timing
Every piece is made to order. The production and delivery terms shown with the final checkout quote—and accepted immediately before Stripe Checkout—will govern each order. Generic website estimates are not a substitute for that order-specific disclosure.
Insured delivery and U.S. duties
Approved shipments will use tracking, signature, no-safe-drop handling, discreet packaging, and coverage that matches the applicable service limits. U.S. checkout is designed to show a duty-inclusive amount; customers will not be sent a duty-unpaid order without explicit, reviewed terms.
Order Tracking
Once an enabled order is dispatched, its tracking number and carrier are available by email and in verified account order history. Guest access uses the secure order link sent with the confirmation.
