Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Production Time

Every piece at Ichor Jewels is crafted to order. Please allow 15–25 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email notification when your order enters production and again when it ships.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• All orders are shipped via fully insured courier with real-time tracking.
• Standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also look up your order status anytime using the order token sent in your confirmation email.
