These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on ichorjewels.com, together with our shipping policy and returns policy. You accept them when you place an order.
Prices and products
Checkout charges Canadian dollars. If you choose U.S. dollars while browsing, those prices are a guide only. Each piece is made to order, so small variations in finish and stone appearance from the photos are normal. A single order must total less than CA$10,000.
Sales tax
ICHOR JEWELS LTD. is not currently registered for GST/HST or provincial sales tax, so no sales tax is added to your order.
Orders and payment
Stripe processes your payment; we never see your full card details. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds, and we email you a confirmation with the order details. If a piece can't be made, or a price was shown in error, we'll contact you and may cancel the order with a full refund.
Production and delivery
Production starts once your payment goes through, and your piece ships within 3–5 weeks of your order. We ship within Canada only, insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery. The shipping policy explains costs, timing, and what happens if a parcel is lost or damaged.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. The returns policy covers damage claims, cancellations, resizing, exchanges, and refunds.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials confidential and give accurate information. Don't misuse verification, checkout, payment, upload, or staff systems. We may restrict access to protect customers and the service.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains how we handle account, address, and order information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.
