Orders and availability

Product availability, specifications, lead times, and pricing are confirmed during checkout. An order may remain pending until Stripe confirms payment. We will contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled.

Made-to-order items

Jewellery may be made or customised for the buyer. Review sizes, metal, stones, personalisation, estimated timing, and the returns policy before ordering; applicable statutory rights are not excluded by this draft.

Payment and fulfilment

Stripe processes payment. Order status, dispatch, carrier, and tracking information may be communicated by email and displayed in a verified account. Refunds, where approved, are handled through the payment provider and are not initiated from the staff website.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Address accuracy, carrier constraints, customs, duties, and risk allocation require jurisdiction-specific legal review. See the shipping policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Do not misuse verification, checkout, payment, upload, or staff systems. We may restrict access to protect customers and the service.
